1. Customer Communication & Anti-Phishing Notice
Zunu Tales will never request passwords, credit card details, or sensitive personal information via email. Customers are advised to ignore and report any such communication as potential phishing.
2. Customer Communication Preferences
Customers may receive communications regarding:

* Offers and promotions
* Events and storytelling programs

3. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
* Orders before 2 PM (Mon–Fri): same-day dispatch
* Orders after 2 PM: next business day
* Weekend/public holiday orders: next working day
* High order volume may extend processing to 2–3 business days, with notification to customers
Shipping Delays – Delays may occur due to:
* Order volume
* Courier issues
* Unforeseen circumstances
Delivery Restrictions
* No delivery to P.O. Boxes
* Address cannot be modified post order placement
Tracking
* Tracking details shall be shared via email post dispatch
International Shipping – Currently not available outside India
Customs & Duties
* (Applicable only if international shipping is enabled in future)
* All duties/taxes shall be borne by the customer
Damages in Transit
* Zunu Tales shall not be liable for shipping damage or loss
* Customers must:
o Contact courier
o Retain packaging
o File claim directly
4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Exchange Policy – Allowed within 7 (seven) days of delivery, subject to:
* Unused condition
* Original packaging
* Approval by Giggles Global LLP
* Replacement of equal or higher value
Return Policy
* Allowed only for defective / damaged/misprinted products
* Mandatory Unboxing video evidence
Cancellation Policy
* Within 24 hours – Full refund
* After 24 hours – 10% restocking fee
General Return Conditions
* Return window: 15 days from delivery
* Customer bears return shipping cost
* Product must be:
o Unused
o In original condition
o With invoice
* Refund timeline: Within 7 days – original payment method
