Shopping Terms & Conditions — Story Books by Zunu Tales
Story Books by Zunu Tales is run by Giggles Global LLP. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and shopping services.
1) Changes to the website and terms
Story Books by Zunu Tales is a work in progress. We may change, add, or remove content, features, and terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the latest Terms and Conditions regularly. Continued use of the website after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
2) Access to the website
We strive to keep the website available, but cannot guarantee zero downtime. We may temporarily close the site for maintenance or other reasons. We’re not liable if the site or parts of it are unavailable at any time or for any period.
Some parts of the website require a registered account, protected by a password, so you can view order details or other private information. To register, you’ll provide your email and choose a secure password. We strongly recommend:
Choosing a strong, hard-to-guess password.
Logging out after each session.
Promptly notifying us if you suspect any security breach and changing your password if possible.
You must treat your login details as confidential and not share them. If we believe the information you provided is incorrect, outdated, or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms, we may disable your account at our discretion.
We do not guarantee error‑free content on the website. We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
3) Product information
We take care in posting product descriptions, images, and details for our storybooks, but we are not responsible for mistakes or omissions. If any errors occur, we may correct them as needed.
4) Prices
Prices on the website are shown in Indian Rupees and do not include delivery charges. Delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at checkout in addition to the product price. We may modify prices at any time; the price displayed at the time you place your order will be the price you pay.
If an obviously incorrect price appears due to error and is not corrected in your final order, we may cancel the order and refund your payment, even if your order was initially validated.
5) Availability
We will do our best to fulfill your order once completed and paid for. If a product becomes unavailable after confirmation and payment:
We will refund the product price within 10 days of payment.
If only some items are unavailable, we will ship the available products first and follow up with the remaining items when they become available again.
Shipping fees for the unavailable items will be refunded.
Where relevant, we may offer a replacement of equal price and quality. If you accept a replacement and later wish to return it under the Right of Return, return postage will be covered by us. If you decline the replacement and the original item is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse the unavailable product’s price.
6) Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Products are delivered within India only; we do not deliver outside India.
We aim to respect the delivery timelines shown on the website, but cannot be held responsible for delays or loss caused by third‑party carriers, you, or unforeseen events such as Acts of God. If you do not receive your package, we will investigate with the carrier, which may take several days after your claim is received. During the investigation, reimbursement or re‑delivery may be delayed.
7) Right of Return
You have 15 days from delivery to return a product you are not satisfied with. Returns are at your expense and must include the invoice and a completed, signed returns coupon.
We request that you send merchandise by registered post and purchase insurance for the value of the goods, in case of loss or damage during shipping. Shipping fees remain your responsibility. Returns are accepted only for products in original, complete condition. Items damaged, not in original packaging, or with packaging worn beyond normal opening will not be refunded.
For reimbursements:
If the product is returned within 7 days of delivery, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8) Privacy and protection of personal data
The details you provide are essential for processing and delivering orders, billing, and establishing warranty contracts. Failure to provide accurate details may result in order cancellation. By registering, you agree to supply truthful and up‑to‑date information. Providing false information is contrary to these Terms.
Cookies may record certain information on your device. This helps generate site statistics and suggest products based on your previous visits. Cookies do not contain confidential personal information.
9) Intellectual property
All content on the Story Books by Zunu Tales website—illustrations, text, brand names, images, videos, and other materials—is the property of Giggles Global LLP or its licensors. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means, requires prior express authorization. All content is protected under international intellectual property law. You do not have the right to copy, display, or distribute content that you do not own. Unauthorized use that infringes third‑party rights may constitute forgery or other offenses.
Giggles Global LLP is not responsible for any user’s violation of third‑party rights through activity on the site.
10) Waiver and severability
Failure by Giggles Global LLP to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Giggles Global LLP. If any provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11) Feedback and comments
Opinions left on the website are screened and moderated by Giggles Global LLP. If comments violate law or are inappropriate—such as abusive publicity, defamation, insults, or out‑of‑context commentary—we reserve the right to refuse or modify them.
