This Shipping Policy (“Shipping Policy”) forms an integral part of and shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Returns and Refund Policy available on the Website.

Orders shall be processed as follows:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday): Same-day dispatch
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM: Processed on the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays: Processed on the next working day

During periods of high demand, sales, or unforeseen operational constraints, order processing may take 2–3 business days. In such cases, reasonable efforts shall be made to notify customers.

  • Orders are shipped through independent third-party logistics service providers
  • Delivery timelines provided are indicative only and not guaranteed
  • The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch and delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and are subject to:

  • Courier partner operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Force majeure events

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control; however, it shall use reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.

  1. Delivery Restrictions and Customer Responsibilities
  • Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes
  • Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details at the time of order placement
  • Address modification is not permitted once the order is confirmed

In the event of incorrect or incomplete address details:

  • Re-delivery attempts may be chargeable
  • The Company shall not be liable for non-delivery or delays
  1. Failed Delivery / Non-Acceptance

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Incorrect address

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order
  • Deduct applicable shipping and handling charges
  • Refund the balance amount (if applicable)
  1. Tracking

Tracking details shall be shared via registered email and/or SMS once the order is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and coordinating with the courier partner, where required.

  1. Geographic Scope
  • Currently, shipping is available within India only
  • International shipping may be introduced in the future

In such cases, applicable duties, taxes, and import charges shall be borne by the customer.

  1. Damaged / Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to:

  • Record an unboxing video at the time of delivery
  • Inspect the package immediately upon receipt

Reporting Timeline

  • Any damage, tampering, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims must be supported with:
    • Unboxing video
    • Clear images of the product and packaging

Resolution: Upon verification, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide replacement, or
  • Issue refund (as per Refund Policy)

Claims made beyond the specified timeline or without adequate proof may not be entertained.

  1. Risk and Title

Risk in the Products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided address.

However, in case of verified transit damage reported within the prescribed timeline, the Company may provide remedies as outlined above.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
  • Losses arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from delivery delays

Nothing in this clause shall limit consumer rights under applicable law.

  1. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or logistics disruptions.
