Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on Monday or the next working day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may exceed the usual 2–3 business days. In such cases, please allow additional time for dispatch. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Delays
If delays occur due to order volume, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances, please expect extended delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience during such situations.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
Zunu Tales (Giggles Global LLP) is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges applied during or after shipping. All such charges (tariffs, taxes, etc.) must be paid by the customer.

Damages During Shipping
Zunu Tales is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:
Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and the damaged product before filing the claim.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Delivery addresses cannot be modified after the order is placed.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If your region requires import duties or taxes, you are responsible for paying them. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside India.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.
